BIOGRAPHY

Tim Weisenberger is the Director of the SAE Electric Vehicle Public Key Infrastructure Consortium at SAE Industry Technologies Consortia, bringing over a decade of experience in mobility cybersecurity across private, government, and non-profit sectors. He led the 2021 publication of the ISO/SAE 21434 Vehicle Cybersecurity Engineering Standard and spearheaded the SAE EVPKI, an open and interoperable PKI solution for the EV charging ecosystem.

Tim previously served as the Senior Program Manager at the US Department of Transportation's Volpe Center and is a US Naval Officer and Gulf War veteran.
