Stephen Kelley is the CEO of L-Charge, focused on scaling grid-independent Charging-as-a-Service and Power-as-a-Service to remove infrastructure bottlenecks for electric fleets. He brings more than two decades of clean energy and mobility leadership, including six successful exits, and is widely recognized for turning complex energy constraints into deployable, customer-centric solutions.

Stephen is expanding fleet deployments, partnerships, and national footprint at L-Charge, positioning off-grid power as a core enabler of faster, more flexible fleet electrification across the United States.
