Aron Bowman is the President of ELM MicroGrid and ELM Solar at ELM Companies, responsible for overseeing budgets, staffing, and company strategy through short- and long-term goal development. He has been with ELM for over 10 years, serving in multiple capacities across microgrid and solar energy operations.

Aron previously served as a portfolio management leader at Dell, overseeing engineering services outsourcing across aerospace, defense, energy, and transportation. He was honored with the 2024 D CEO Energy Award for Excellence in Renewables and Sustainability
